We work only with Europe’s most reputable financial institutions and our procedures have been specially developed to make the application process as transparent, as efficient and as speedy as possible. Consequently, if we cannot enable you to secure a Decision in Principle for your mortgage, we will return your administration fee in full.
Tenancy Guarantee. So confident are we in our due diligence process and the investment value of any property we offer that we will guarantee to have a tenant in place before you make your first mortgage payment. If not, we will pay your mortgage until we do so.
Rental void cover. All our properties come with a full year’s rental void cover. This protects you in the event that your tenant stop paying or leaves unexpectedly: any losses are covered and your legal costs will also be paid.
